Experience Life Through Contact Lenses
Our goal at Waverley Eye Centre is to provide patients with clear vision without compromise. That’s why we offer comprehensive contact lens exams, fittings, and a wide variety of quality brands to match your unique needs and lifestyle.
Finding the right contact lens fit starts with a thorough eye exam. Your optometrist will assess your vision, eye health, and lifestyle to create a comfortable and safe lens-wearing experience.
Whether you need scleral lenses for irregular corneas, dry eye, or ortho-k lenses to help control myopia for your children, we can help. Contact us to schedule your appointment to get started today.
Request AppointmentWhy Choose Contact Lenses?
Unlike glasses with frames, contact lenses offer an unobstructed peripheral view, making them ideal for activities like sports and hobbies where a more comprehensive range of vision is beneficial.
Contact lenses could be the ideal solution if you’re active in sports, enjoy a glasses-free aesthetic, or prefer flexibility. Getting the right contact lens fit begins with an exam and fitting.
Your Contact Lens Fitting
Finding the right contact lens fit starts with a thorough eye exam. We’ll assess your vision, eye health, and lifestyle to create a comfortable and safe lens-wearing experience. During your fitting, you’ll have the opportunity to try different lenses to find the perfect match for comfort and clarity.
We’ll also provide comprehensive instructions on proper lens care and hygiene practices to keep your eyes healthy and infection-free.

Specialty Contact Lenses
Our team is dedicated to helping you find the right fit, no matter your vision correction needs or lifestyle preferences. Our experience extends beyond everyday contacts. We offer a full spectrum of contact lenses, from convenient daily disposables to advanced specialty lenses.
Contact lenses typically fall into two main categories: soft contact lenses and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses.
For those with unique eye considerations, we offer scleral lenses for irregular corneas and ortho-k lenses for kids to help manage myopia.
Scleral Lenses
Scleral contact lenses are larger than traditional contacts and rest on your eyes’ sclera, or the white part of your eye. These lenses allow extra space over your cornea’s surface for additional breathability and also contain a fluid reservoir between your lens and cornea to relieve dry eyes.
Scleral lenses can be an excellent option if traditional contact lenses aren’t compatible with your eyes due to issues like dry eye and keratoconus.
We offer scleral fittings to help your new lenses fit comfortably and safely.
Ortho-k Lenses
Ortho-k lenses are RGP contacts that are worn overnight to help control the progression of myopia in your children. Ortho-k lenses gently reshape the cornea and are designed to reduce dependence on contact lenses or glasses throughout the day.
Ortho-k lenses are inserted at night before sleeping and taken out the following morning to allow for clear vision throughout the day.
Bifocal & Multifocal Lenses
These lenses provide seamless vision correction at all distances, whether you’re reading a book, working on the computer, or engaging in activities that require sharp distance vision.
Coloured Lenses
Enhance your natural eye color for a subtle change or experiment with a dramatic new look. We offer a variety of colours to suit your taste.
