Urgent eye care is for sudden eye problems that could lead to permanent damage if left untreated. You should contact us right away if you’re experiencing:
- Sudden vision loss or blurring
- Eye pain or pressure
- A foreign object in the eye
- Chemical contact with the eye
- Blunt trauma to the eye
- A stuck contact lens
- Flashes of light or a sudden increase in floaters.

Call us immediately. We can assess the situation over the phone and advise you on the best next step.
- Chemical exposure: Flush the eye with clean, lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes. Keep eyelids open and let the water flow freely. Do not rub.
- Any injury: Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to the eye.
- Foreign object: Do not try to remove it. Cover the eye loosely with a clean cloth and seek care right away.
